机械油运动粘度测定方法及影响因素研究

摘要

Kinematic viscosity is an important index to evaluate the flow performance of mechanical oil,and an important basis for evaluating the quality of mechanical oil. Scientific and accurate measurement of kinematic viscosity is basis for selecting mechanical oil products, and is also a major premise to ensure the normal work of mechanical equipment. By setting different conditions and comparing a lot of data, various factors affecting the experimental result of kinematic viscosity of machine oil were analyzed, which could provide some reference for related industry workers.%运动粘度是评价机械油流动性能的重要指标,也是机械油质量评定的重要依据.科学准确地测定运动粘度是选择机械油产品的主要指标,也是保证机械设备正常工作的大前提.本文通过设定不同的条件比较,经大量的数据计算,分析了影响机械油运动粘度试验结果的多种因素,以期对相关行业工作者提供可参考之处.
