辽宁省旱作节水农业技术研究与应用进展

             

摘要

Liaoning Province is main grain-production regions in China. High-stable production of grain crops is essential to ensure the national food security in Liaoning Province. There are many critical problems widely existing in this area such as water resources shortage and decreasing water use efficiency. It is urgent for changing the traditional high-water consumption cropping models of field crops and improving water use efficiency. Base on analysis research and application of science and technology of the dry land water-efficent farming and water-saving irrigation, this paper begins with the present condition of water resources and points out main problems and corresponding solutions of developing water-saving agricultural technology in Liaoning province. The paper will be provided theoretical and practical reference for carrying out "Water-saving increasing grain action" and promoting the 10,000,000 mu(lmu =667m ) drop irrigation water-saving agricultural project in Liaoning province.%辽宁省是我国重要的粮食主产区,粮食作物的稳产高产对保障国家粮食安全具有重要意义.辽宁地区水资源短缺且利用效率低,改变传统大田作物高耗水种植模式和提高水利用效率是当务之急.文中从辽宁省水资源现状入手,在分析了节水灌溉和旱作农业技术研究与应用的基础上,提出辽宁省发展节水农业技术存在的主要问题及相应对策,期望为实施国家节水增粮行动,推进全省66.7万hm2滴灌节水农业工程建设提供理论和实践参考.
