6-BA、ZT、KT和PP333四种生长调节剂对朝鲜野菊试管苗矮化的影响

         

摘要

To solve the viewing problem caused by height of Chrysanthemum koraiense Nakai,the tender stems of Chrysanthemum koraiense Nakai were used as material to do the research on cultivating the tube seedlings, dealing by four different growth regulators and processing the over-wintering seedlings with ZT and PP333. The results showed that the dwarf seedlings were obtained when 0. 4 mg/L ZT was added to the culture medium; transplanting such seedlings to the parterre, dwarfing and good visual characters of the plant still exist; The dwarfing and good visual characters were not changed after spraying 0.4 mg/L ZT twice on the over-wintering seedlings which lost dwarfing characters partly. Over all, both the tube seedlings and over-wintering seedlings of Chrysanthemum koraiense Nakai could be dwarfed by 0.4 mg/L ZT.%为解决栽培中朝鲜野菊出现的因植株高而影响观赏效果的问题,以嫩茎为材料,进行了试管苗培养、用四种生长调节剂对试管苗进行处理、用ZT和PP333对越冬试管苗处理的研究.结果证明:在培养基中加入0.4mg/L ZT能获得矮化的试管苗.这种试管苗移植到花坛上栽培仍然具有植株矮、观赏效果好的性状.用0.4mg/LZT溶液对越冬后部分丧失矮化性状的试管苗进行2次喷洒处理,能使试管苗矮化、观赏效果好的性状不变.浓度为0.4 mg/L的ZT对朝鲜野菊的试管苗和越冬试管苗均具有矮化的作用.
