复合型作物生长营养调理剂 LYR-2浸种对大豆子叶氮代谢的影响

         

摘要

为了探讨复合型作物生长营养调理剂 LYR-2浸种对大豆苗期子叶氮代谢的影响,在沙培条件下,以LYR-2浸种为处理,清水为对照,研究了不同浓度 LYR-2对大豆子叶内可溶性蛋白含量、游离氨基酸含量、硝态氮含量、蛋白水解酶活性等的影响,分析了上述指标的动态变化规律。结果表明:LYR-2浸种均不同程度的增加了可溶性蛋白的含量,其中 T2作用效果较好,T1次之;LYR-2浸种对促进游离氨基酸含量增加,作用效果较好的为 T3。LYR-2浸种促进了硝态氮的含量,其影响效果表现为 T2>T3>T1>CK。LYR-2浸种对蛋白水解酶活性的影响表现为 T2>T1>T3>CK。综合分析表明:复合型作物生长营养调理剂 LYR-2浸种能够提高子叶的生理活性,促进子叶的氮代谢,利于幼苗的健壮生长,总体看来调控效果较好的为 T2。%Know that soybean seed treatments on the condition of LYR-2 have some relative impact of indicators to the carbon metabolism of soybean seeding cotyledon.The experiment on sand culture con LYR-2 as seed treatment solution,with water as a comparison,study the impact of different concentration LYR-2 to soluble protein,free amino acids,nitrate-nitrogen content and activity of proteinase in soybean cotyledon,analyse the dynamic changes of above indicators adjusted by regulators.the result show that,LYR-2 increase the soluble protein content with varying degrees,LYR-2 is the better synthesis effect,second is T1 ;LYR-2 increase the free amino acids content ,the better synthesis effect isT3;LYR-2have a affect on nitrate-nitrogen content, present that T2 >T3 >T1 >CK;LYR-2have a affect on activity of proteinase ,present that T2 >T1 >T3 >CK.show that LYR-2 soaking can improve physiological activity of cotyledon,promote nitrogen metabolism in cotyledons,and is conducive to robust seedlings growth,the better regulation result is T2.
