外引玉米种质资源对丝黑穗病抗性鉴定与评价

摘要

Adopt the method of field artificial inoculation,a total of 168 maize germpasms introduced from a-broad resources had been identified and evaluated for resistance to Head Smut in Maize.The identification re-sults suggested that:the introduced maize germplasms showed obvious significant difference in resistance to Head Smut in Maize.but the Head Smut in Maize the disease resistant ability is low,the introduced maize germplasms showed.only 62 copies,The higher resistance 25 copies,Resistant to 25 copies,The medium re-sistance 31 copies,the remaining 106 germplasms was susceptible or highly susceptible.%采用田间人工接种的方法对新引进的168份的国外玉米种质资源进行了玉米丝黑穗病的抗性鉴定与评价。鉴定结果表明：供试的国外玉米种质对丝黑穗病的抗性表现存在明显差异，总体对丝黑穗病的抗病能力较低，表现抗病的种质仅有62份，其中高抗25份、抗病6份、中抗31份，其余106份种质表现感病或高度感病。
