军事飞行员血清尿酸与脂蛋白水平的相关性分析

         

摘要

Objective:To analyze the correlation between serum uric acid(UA) and lipoprotein level of military pilots in a troop of Southern Theater Command.Methods:The serum levels of UA and lipid metabolism indexes between military pilots and ground crews were statistically compared.The lipid metabolism indexes include total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides (TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDLC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDLC),apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1) and apolipoprotein B(ApoB).The correlations between levels of UA and each index were analyzed with multiple linear regression method.Results:In the pilot group,the serum levels of UA were negatively correlated with HDLC(t=-4.527,P<0.05) and positively correlated with ApoA1(t=4.805,P<0.05).Compared with the ground crew group,LDLC and ApoB levels were significantly decreased in the pilot group,while ApoA1 levels were significantly increased.In the pilot group,the levels of TC,TG and ApoB in high UA group were significantly increased compared with the normal UA group.The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum uric acid level was closely related to the risk factors of atherosclerosis in military pilots.The transformation of inflammation and antiinflammation among the indexes needs to be further researched.%目的:对南部战区某部军事飞行员血清尿酸与脂蛋白水平进行检测及相关性分析.方法:比较军事飞行员与地勤人员的血清尿酸(UA)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)水平,用多元线性回归分析UA与TC、TG、HDLC、LDLC、ApoA1、ApoB等的相关性.结果:飞行员组UA与HDLC水平负相关(t=-4.527,P<0.05),与ApoA1水平正相关(t=4.805,P<0.05);相比地勤人员组,飞行员组LDLC、ApoB显著减低,ApoA1显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);飞行员组中,高UA组的TC、TG、ApoB比正常UA组显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:军事飞行员尿酸水平与致动脉粥样硬化的危险因子密切相关,各项指标之间趋炎和抗炎的转化待进一步研究.
