丙烯酸酯微乳液的合成以及在皮革中的应用

             

摘要

Aqueous transparent acrylics micro emulsion was synthesized by emulsion polymerization method with BA,AAC, MM A and lauryl sodium sulfate and NTS-10 were used as emulsifier. Through the analysis of influential factors on emulsion stability, transparency and viscosity, the optimum process condition was found out. The experiment results showed the micro emulsion had good transparency and stability when the conditions for synthesis were as follows: reaction temperature 80 ℃,reaction time 2h, m(BA) : m(MMA)=4 : 3, w( AAC )=3%, m(K-12) : m(NTS-10)=4 : 1,emulsifier quantity 10%. Sprayed on the leather as leather finishing agent, its coating film,which had a smooth and bright property, firm adhesion and strong permeability, could maintain the natural leather air permeability and water permeability characteristics.%本文以丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸为主要的共聚单体,十二烷基硫酸钠和反应型含双键的聚醚硫酸盐(NTS-10)为复合阴离子乳化剂,采用种子乳液聚合法合成了水性透明的丙烯酸酯微乳液.通过分析丙烯酸酯微乳液反应体系中各因素对乳液透明性、稳定性、黏度的影响,找出最佳的工艺条件.结果表明:当聚合反应温度为80℃,反应时间2h,m(BA)∶m(MMA)=4∶3,w(AAC)=3%,复合乳化剂中m(K-12)∶m(NTS-10)=4∶1,w(复合乳化剂)=10%时,该微乳液具有很好的透明性和稳定性,作为涂饰剂喷涂在皮革上,具有涂膜平整光亮,粘合牢固,渗透性强,能保持天然皮革透气透水性等特点.
