超声提取香椿叶中黄酮的工艺优化

         

摘要

Natural flavonoids have strong antibacterial activity, which can be used as a leather antibacterial agent with its advantage of green, safety and no hazards. In this experiment, the flavonoids was extracted from September's Toona sinensis leaves by ultrasonic-assisted technology. The effects of factors such as ethanol volume fraction, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time, ultrasonic temperature and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction effect were studied. The extraction process conditions were obtained as follows: ethanol volume fraction 60%, ultrasonic power 200W, solid-liquid ratio 1:25 g/mL, ultrasonic temperature 50℃, ultrasonic time 50 min. Under this condition, the extraction rate of flavonoids from Toona sinensis leaves was 5.788%.%天然黄酮具有很强的抑菌活性,可作为皮革抑菌剂开发利用,具有绿色环保、安全无毒害等特点.实验以九月份的香椿叶作为提取原料,采用超声辅助提取其中的黄酮,探究了乙醇体积分数、超声功率、超声时间、超声温度、料液比等因素对黄酮提取效果的影响,在此基础上通过正交实验优化了提取工艺条件,得最佳工艺参数为:乙醇体积分数60%,超声功率200 W,料液比1:25 g/mL,超声温度50℃,超声时间50 min,此条件下香椿叶中黄酮的提取率高达5.788%.
