激光调制法的热敏探测器时间常数测试系统

     

摘要

为了解决目前热敏探测器时间常数测试中存在的测试不方便,测量误差大的问题,设计了一种新型的热敏探测器时间常数测试系统.它用可调制半导体激光器替代黑体辐射源,通过VC调用MATLAB来实现图形的输出和时间常数的计算.实验结果表明该方法的测量精度很高,并且操作起来简单方便,为热敏探测器的时间常数测试和科研提供了有力的工具.%Only select a thermal detector with reasonable time constant,we can obtain the information needed for different sources. Therefore,time constant is an important system design parameter,and how to measure the time constant accurately is a primary issue for system designers to concern. In order to resolve the problem of unconvenient to test and having high error rate during the time constant testing,a new test system of time constant for thermal detector is designed in this article. This system bases on semiconductor modulated laser, which replaces blackbody radiation source, and uses the technology of VC call MATLAB realizing graphic model output and time constant calculate. The results of experiments show that this method has high precision and is easy and convenient to operate. The system provides a powerful tool for scientific research and testing time constant for thermal detector.
