电光调Q660nm Nd∶YAG倍频激光器的研究

     

摘要

近年来,对660 nm红光的研究报道大多集中在连续或声光调Q准连续的输出,然而窄脉宽高峰值功率的脉冲输出在诸多领域也有着重要的应用.本文对腔内倍频的调Q速率方程进行了理论分析,采用Nd∶ YAG作为激光增益介质,结合KD*P晶体电光调Q获得了1319 nm的基频光,再利用KTP晶体Ⅱ类相位匹配(匹配角为(φ)=0°,θ=59.8°)腔内双通倍频的方法,最终得到了660 nm红光脉冲输出,单脉冲最大输出能量为56 mJ,脉宽为45 ns,峰值功率达到了1.24 MW.拓宽了其在激光医疗等领域的应用,为进一步研究高能量高峰值功率的660 nm红光激光器奠定了基础.%Most of reports about the 660 nm red laser focus on continuous wave (CW) or Quasi-CW output in recent years. However,the output pulse with short duration and high peak power also has important applications in many fields. In this paper,the rale equation of intracavity frequency doubling ^-switched laser is analyzed. The Nd: YAG crystal combined with electro-optic Q-switch is adopted to eradiate 1319 run fundamental wave. By using the intracavity double-pass frequency doubling with KTP crystal(Type II phasing matching,(P =0°,θ = 59.8°) ,the laser is obtained with a single-pulse energy of 56 Mj, pulse duration of 45 ns, peak power of 1. 24 MW at 660 run. It greatly broaden the application field in laser medical treatment etc, and lays the foundation for further development of high power and high energy 660 nm red laser.
