有机防腐涂层质量的红外热波无损检测

摘要

Principle of IR Nondestructive Testing ( NDT) technology is introduced. To test the quality of the anti-corrosion organic coatings of a certain steel structure,IR NDT technology was used. Analysis was made and experiment was carried out. The results show that IR thermal wave NDT technology can test the bonding and porosity of anti-corrosion organic coatings and it is of practical application value.%介绍了红外热波无损检测基本原理,针对现场钢结构表面有机防腐涂层质量检测的需求,利用红外热波无损检测技术对有机防腐涂层质量进行检测,并对实验结果进行了初步分析,研究结果表明,该技术可有效检测有机防腐涂层的脱粘和孔隙等缺陷.
