提出一种机翼铝蒙皮积冰及冰厚的近红外多光谱检测方法,并根据理论模型进行实验验证。首先,根据冰和水在近红外光谱下的光谱曲线不同,取1.16μm和1.26μm两个通道的图像的灰度值,求得对比度C值;然后,通过实验获得C的阈值Cth。C >Cth 时,则认为是冰,C <Cth时,则认为没有冰,以此法来识别铝蒙皮表面上积冰的位置。本文通过实验证明了冰厚与对比度C值存在线性关系。根据Cth 和线性比例系数k两个参数,由对比度C值的大小,可以获得冰的厚度值。%In order to distinguish the icing from aluminum wing cover and measure the ice thickness,a near infrared multispectral detection method is presented. Firstly,the contrast value C is calculated by using an algorithm for ice detection based on the different reflectance spectra between water and ice in a certain wavelength band. Then,the threshold Cth of C is obtained by experiments. When C>Cth ,it is considered that the ice exists,vice versa. The loca-tion of the icing on the aluminum wing cover is identified. A linear relationship between ice thickness and C is also proved by the experiment. According to the value of Cth and k,the ice thickness is calculated.
