For detailed research on wavelength suppression of etalon in intracavity frequency doubling laser,the fused quartz F-P etalon is inserted in the intracavity of all-solid-state frequency doubling laser,and theoretical analysis and experimental verification are carried out.The experiment found that inserted etalon is a kind of wavelength selection method based on the selective loss of the laser line,single wavelength operation can be realized by reasonably control-ling angle and thickness and the working temperature of the etalon.Results show that the theory is consistent with the experiment,inserted etalon suppresses different wavelengths SFG,and intracavity noise can be suppressed,but its high loss limits the laser output power.%为了详细研究标准具在腔内倍频激光器中的波长抑制,采用了熔石英的F-P标准具插入全固态腔内倍频激光器的谐振腔内,进行了理论分析和实验验证,发现插入标准具是一种基于对激光谱线选择性损耗的选波长方法,合理控制标准具的倾角和厚度以及工作温度,可以实现单波长的运转。结果表明理论与实验相符,插入标准具抑制了不同波长之间的和频,腔内噪声得到抑制,但是由于损耗较大限制了激光器输出功率。
