采用光电探测器和脉冲电流钳对泵浦波形和激光输出信号进行采集,通过示波器判断激光起振时间,从而判断激光增益大小。比较了激光晶体半径分别为1.5 mm、2 mm、2.5 mm三种条件下 LD 侧面泵浦模块的增益特性。结果表明,激光晶体半径相对较小时,激光建立时间短,因此增益高,输出激光能量大,光-光转化效率高。%The pumping waveform and output signal of laser are collected by photoelectric detector and pulse current clamp.The laser gain is depended on oscillation starting time of laser measured by oscilloscope.The gain characteris-tics of LD side pumping module are compared under the laser crystal radius of 1.5 mm,2 mm,2.5 mm.The experi-mental results demonstrate that the laser building time is shorter for the shorter laser crystal radius,which leads to the higher gain of laser with larger output energy and higher light-light conversion efficiency.
