基于激光传感器的钢轨轨廓检测技术的研究

     

摘要

针对传统的机械式测量钢轨轨廓精度不高、可靠性差、工作效率低等问题,提出一种基于激光传感器的钢轨轨廓检测技术.从实际需求出发,通过数据滤波、坐标变换、拟合匹配、误差检测等方法,实现对钢轨的全自动在线检测.通过工程试验证明,该检测技术重复性精度能达到0.03 mm,能够满足铁路上对于钢轨轨廓检测的要求.%As traditional mechanical measurement for rail profile has the characteristics of low precision,poor reliabili-ty,low efficiency,and so on,a detection technique of rail profile based on laser sensor was proposed. From the actual demand,the automatic-online detection of rail profile was achieved through the data filtering,coordinate transforma-tion,fitting matching,error detection and other methods. Experiments show that the precision of the detection technolo-gy can reach 0. 03 mm,which can meet the requirement of rail profile detection on the railway.
