With the analysis of occurrence of axial force and the causes for damage of equilibrium mechanism and equilibrium device the main points and notes in the assembly of equilibrium device proposed; wear and tear extent of equilibrium device is analyzed and summed up to realize a replacement at fixed time and the problem of easy damage of equilibrium device is solved effectively.%通过分析轴向力的产生、平衡机理及平衡装置损坏原因，提出平衡装置装配要点和注意事项。分析统计了平衡装置的磨损量，以实现定期更换，有效解决平衡装置易损坏的问题。
