水煤浆气化装置运行中的问题探讨

         

摘要

The factors leading to a shut-down interlock action under a low differential pressure of coal slurry in burners are,in addition to a drop of coal-slurry flow,the effect on the differential pressure of coal-slurry in burners by oxygen;a judgment condition is added to such interlock: when the oxygen branch pressure is no lower than 5.3MPa the interlock is automatically switch on whereas when the pressure is lower than 5.3MPa the interlock is automatically switch off,this may avoid a shut-down interlock action under a low differential pressure of coal-slurry in burners in an insufficient supply state of oxygen and extend the disposal time for operator.The reason causing a rise of coal consumption and a drop of carbon conversion rate when gasifier is operated with mixed coke is a poor reaction activity of petrol coke;although an appropriate rise of gasifier operation temperature and an increase of coal-slurry concentration as far as possible may to a certain extent alleviate the adverse effect brought about by the coke mix,still the reaction activity of feedstock plays a decisive role and the coal-slurry mixed with petrol coke as feedstock is uneconomical.%造成烧嘴煤浆压差低停车联锁动作的因素除了煤浆流量降低以外,氧气对烧嘴煤浆压差的大小也有影响,对该联锁增加一判断条件:当氧气支管压力不低于5.3MPa时联锁自动投用,当氧气支管压力小于5.3MPa时联锁自动切除,这样可以避免发生供氧不足时烧嘴煤浆压差低联锁无谓停车,延长操作人员的处理时间。造成气化炉掺焦运行时煤耗上升,碳转化率下降的原因是由于石油焦的反应活性差引起的,虽然适当提高气化炉的操作温度、尽可能提高水煤浆浓度等措施,可以在一定程度上缓解掺焦带来的不利影响,但起决定作用的还是原料的反应活性,水煤浆掺烧石油焦并不经济。
