The welds crack appeared on the cylinder of steam generator in ammonia plant is introduced and repair scheme formulated; the process of repair is also introduced; break-up of weld inter-crystals, poor effect of heat treatment and stress concentration are the main causes for the defect.%介绍合成氨装置蒸汽发生器筒体焊缝产生裂纹的情况,制定修复方案,介绍修复过程,焊缝晶间破断、热处理效果差、应力集中是产生缺陷的主要原因。
