It is very significant to know the structure's rationality of 1150MW nuclear generator stator end winding for designing and operating. Due to the complex structure of stator end winding, 2D analysis results can not satisfy the engineering requirement. 3D modeling of nuclear generator stator end winging by computer can get precise results. So a method of 3D modeling and parametric design by Pro/E for nuclear generator stator coil end winging is proposed. Result shows that this method can realize parametric design and get more reasonable 3D model of nuclear generator stator end winging, especially with a more accurate treatment of the rounding chamfer structure of asymptote and the connection on the nose. So it is better than traditional design method. It also lays a good foundation for analysis and calculation of 3D electromagnetic field, temperature field and eddy current field of nuclear generator end.%介绍了1150MW核能发电机定子端部绕组结构的合理性对核能发电机的设计和安全运行有着重要意义.但由于定子绕组端部结构复杂,二维分析难以达到实际工程要求.通过计算机建立三维模型,可以精确地进行计算和仿真,于是提出了一种利用Pro/E对核能发电机定子端部绕组进行三维建模和参数化设计的方法.结果显示,这种方法实现了核能发电机定子绕组参数化设计,并且特别在渐开线过渡段结构和鼻端的连接上进行了更精确的处理,得到了更为合理的核能发电机端部绕组三维模型,整体上优于传统的设计方法,并为核能发电机端部三维电磁场、温度场、涡流场等分析与计算奠定了良好的基础.
