大型发电机定子线圈绝缘结构试验研究

摘要

Insulation diagnosis test equipment selecting and test procedure are detailed introduced for stator coils of large generator. Based on the domestic standard and overseas standard, evaluation test for electric stress, electric combined with thermal stress, environment stress, thermo-mechanical stress and electric-mechanical stress are performed for stator coils of large generator. Strict diagnosis test and evaluation test provide reliable quality assurance for failure-free operating of stator winding.%本文详述了大型发电机定子线圈绝缘结构试验的设备选取原则和试验程序；结合国内外标准，对定子线圈绝缘结构开展电应力、电热应力、环境应力、热机械应力、电机械应力评定试验。严格的诊断与评定为定子绕组的正常运行提供可靠的质量保证。
