新时期北京风景园林设计理念探索与引导

摘要

风景园林设计应该反映时代发展需求和地域环境特征。北京新时期的发展对园林绿化设计提出了新的要求。风景园林设计的理念应该适应这些要求,在突出生态优先功能的基础上,把文化表现、景观塑造、游憩休闲、防灾避险等功能统一起来。从以往较多地注重景观向突出生态优先转变,从设计自成体系向融入城市环境转变;从刻意表现自我向实现以人为本过渡;从崇尚华丽工程向注重质朴节约转变。公共管理部门应该通过有效的措施,对风景园林设计进行引导。%Landscape design should reflect the demands of social development and regional environmental characteristics.Beijing has entered a new era and raised new requirements for landscape design.Landscape design should be able to integrate cultural performance,landscape construction,recreation and disaster prevention and to give prominence to ecology priority.It is also required to transfer the focus from landscape to ecology priority;from independent design system to the fusion into the urban environment;from deliberate self-expression to the realization of human-oriented concept;and from the advocating of costly engineering to economical projects.Public administration authorities should guide landscape design via effective measures.
