载脂蛋白M与炎症性疾病的相关性研究进展

摘要

Apolipoprotein M (apo M) is a recently-discovered lipoprotein-associated plasma protein, which is highly expressed in liver and kidney. The expression of apo M is directly regulated by transcription factors, hormones,cytokines and other factors. Abnormal expression of apo M occurs frequently at inflammatory status. Further research on its features,regulation and effects of apo M is needed. The pathogenesis,diagnostic methods and treatment methods should be investigated. This review focuses on the recent research progress of apo M regulation and its relationship with inflammatory diseases.%载脂蛋白M(apo M)是新近发现的一种载脂蛋白,主要表达于肝脏和肾脏中,受转录因子、细胞因子、激素等多种生物活性分子调控.apo M在多种炎症状态及炎症性疾病中存在异常表达.因此,深入研究apo M的特性、调控及其与炎症性疾病之间的关系将有助于进一步理解和探索相关疾病的发病机制、诊断方法和治疗措施.文章对apo M调控及其与炎症性疾病的相关性研究进展作一综述.
