甘肃省陇南地区不同基因型 HCV 分布特征研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics of hepatitis C virus (HCV ) in Longnan area of Gansu province .Methods During Jul .2013 and Feb .2014 ,a total of 53 patients with HCV infection were en-rolled .HCV antibody was detected by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay ,and the results were confirmed by immunoblotting test .Real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was performed to detect vi-ral load .HCV genotypes in samples with viral load higher than 103 copy/μL were then detected by using multiple PCR .Results A total of 40 cases were with 1b genotype infection ,accounting for 75 .5% ,9 cases were with 2a geno-type infection ,accounting for 17 .0% ,and 4 cases were with 3a genotype infection ,accounting for 7 .5% .The positive rates of different genotypes were with significant differences (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion In Longnan area of Gansu province ,the most popular HCV genotype might be 1b genotype ,followed by 2a and 3a genotype .%目的：了解甘肃省陇南地区不同基因型丙型肝炎病毒（HCV ）的分布特征。方法选择2013年7月至2014年2月于本院就诊的HCV感染确诊患者53例。采用酶联免疫吸附法进行 HCV抗体检测，以重组免疫印迹法进行结果确认。采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应（PCR）检测血清病毒载量。采用多重 PCR对病毒载量大于103 copy/μL的标本进行 HCV基因分型检测。结果共检出1b基因型40例，占75．5％，检出2a基因型9例，占17．0％，检出3a基因型4例，占7．5％，各基因型检出率比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论甘肃省陇南地区HCV感染患者以1b型HCV感染为主，其次为2a、3a型。
