Objective To investigate the efficacy of montelukast sodium combined with hydrocortisone sodium succinate in the treatment of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis and its influence on the prognosis of the children patients. Methods 124 children cases of asthmatic bronchitis were randomly divided into the observation group(n = 62 )and the control group (n=62).The control group was intravenously dripped by hydrocortisone sodium succinate 5 - 10 mg/kg,once daily for the treatment course of 2 ― 3 weeks;while on this basis the observation group was given oral montelukast sodium 4mg each time,once daily for 2 ― 3 weeks.The clinical improvement situation of symptoms were comparatively analyzed in the two groups and the telephone follow up was performed within 1 month.Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 96.77% and 80.64% respectively,the differ-ence between them was statistically significant(P <0.05).The coughing,polypnea and wheezing symptom scores af-ter treatment in the observation group were significantly decreased compared with the control group (P <0.05),mo-reover the descend range in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P <0.05);the relapse rate within 3 months after treatment and outpatient follow up in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group with statistical difference (P <0.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with hy-drocortisone sodium succinate can effectively improve clinical symptoms in the children patients with asthmatic bron-chitis,reduces the relapse rate and increase the curative effect.%目的：探讨孟鲁司特纳联合氢化可的松琥珀酸钠治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的疗效及其对患儿预后的影响。方法将124例喘息性支气管炎患儿随机分为观察组及对照组,每组各62例。对照组患儿静脉滴注氢化可的松琥珀酸钠5~10 mg/kg·d,疗程1周；观察组在对照组基础上口服孟鲁司特钠,4毫克/次,1次/天,疗程2~3周。对比分析两组临床症状改善情况并在1个月内电话随访。结果观察组总有效率为96.77%,对照组总有效率为80.64%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)；观察组治疗后咳嗽、气促、哮鸣音症状评分与治疗前相比明显下降,且观察组下降幅度大于对照组(P <0.05)；观察组治疗后3个月内电话及门诊随访复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论孟鲁司特纳联合氢化可的松琥珀酸钠能有效改善喘息性支气管炎患儿临床症状,改善预后,降低复发率,提高患儿治疗效果。
