一次性根管适充治疗牙体牙髓病及对咀嚼功能的影响

摘要

目的 探讨一次性根管适充在牙体牙髓病患者中的临床效果及对咀嚼功能的影响.方法 选取2015年1月至2016年9月牙体牙髓病患者140例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=70)和观察组(n=70).对照组患者采用一次性根管超充治疗,观察组使用一次性根管适充治疗.比较2组患者的临床治疗效果及对咀嚼功能的影响.结果 2组治疗前和治疗后6、9周视觉模糊(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后3周VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后咬合力、咀嚼效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后牙龈指数、出血指数低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后并发症发生率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 一次性根管适充治疗牙体牙髓病患者的效果理想,能提高咀嚼功能,值得临床推广和应用.%Objective To observe the clinical effect of disposable root canal filling in patients with dental pulp diseases and its effect on masticatory function.Methods 140 patients with dental pulp diseases from January 2015 to September 2016,were randomly divided into control group(n=70) and observation group(n=70).The control group was treated with one-time root canal ultra-filling,and the observation group was treated with one-time root canal filling.The clinical therapeutic effect and masticatory function of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the 2 groups before treatment and after 6 and 9 weeks(P>0.05),the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 3 weeks after treatment(P<0.05);The occlusal force and masticatory efficiency of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The postoperative gingival index and bleeding index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The disposable root canal filling is ideal in patients with dental pulp diseases,can improve masticatory function,and is worthy of popularization and application.
