成都地区医务人员艾滋病应对能力研究

摘要

目的：了解成都地区各级医院医务人员艾滋病应对能力的现状。方法采用自行设计的医务人员艾滋病应对能力调查问卷对成都市10所医院的900名医务人员进行调查和分析。结果所有研究对象艾滋病应对能力平均总分（73．41±8．26）分，处于中等水平；医务人员艾滋病应对能力与医院是否诊疗过艾滋病患者、是否发生过职业暴露、是否需要接受培训、是否有专职部门处理职业暴露、既往是否接受过培训、是否知道医院配备的防护用品、知道医院配备的防护用品及使用情况、所在医院是否配备了个人防护用品方面有相关性，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。结论成都地区医务人员艾滋病应对能力处于中等水平。加强艾滋病相关知识专业性系统性的培训，对提高医务人员艾滋病应对能力尤为重要。%Objective To understand the current situation of AIDS coping ability of medical workers in at all levels of hospital in Chengdu area .Methods The survey and analysis were conducted among 900 medical workers in 10 hospitals of Chengdu City ,by u‐sing the self‐designed AIDS coping ability questionnaire of medical workers .Results The average total scores of AIDS coping abili‐ty in all respondents was (73 .41 ± 8 .26) points ,which was in the medium level ;the AIDS coping ability of medical workers was correlated with whether the hospital diagnosing and treating the AIDS patients ,whether the occupational exposure occurring , whether needing to receive training ,whether having the full‐time department for treating the occupational exposure ,whether receiv‐ing training ever ,whether knowing the hospital equipped protective articles ,whether hospital being equipped with protective equip‐ments and their use situation ,whether hospital being equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE) ,the difference was statis‐tically significant(P< 0 .01) .Conclusion The AIDS coping ability of medical workers in Chengdu area is in the medium level . Strengthening the AIDS related knowledge and professional systematic training is particularly important to increase the ability of medical staffs to deal with AIDS .
