医务人员艾滋病应对能力现状与对策

摘要

目的：了解四川省三级甲等医院医务人员艾滋病应对能力现状，并提出相应对策，为医务人员职业安全与职业防护提供参考。方法2015年9月至2016年1月采用随机抽样方法，以四川省三家三级甲等医院326名医务人员为调查对象，应用医务人员艾滋病应对能力调查问卷进行调查。结果四川省三家医务人员艾滋病应对能力总分（70.77±7.32）分；得分排列后5名的是艾滋病治疗药物、职业暴露后预防用药及随访、艾滋病病毒灭活处理、国家政策及医院规章制度、艾滋病实验室诊断指标；不同科室、岗位、性别、年龄、文化程度、工作年限、职称、既往是否接受培训的医务人员艾滋病应对能力差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论四川省三家三级甲等医院的医务人员艾滋病应对能力处于中等水平；医院管理者及院感部门应加强艾滋病应对能力薄弱板块的培训，加大宣传，建立医务人员共同参与的职业防护机制，以全面提高医务人员艾滋病应对能力。%Objective To understand the status of response ability to HIV/AIDS in medical personnel of the first-class hospi-tals in Sichuan province,and to suggest the corresponding countermeasures in order to provide the references for occupation safety pro-tection of medical personnel.Methods From September 2015 to January 2016,we conducted a survey of the response ability to AIDS in 326 medical staff from three first-class hospitals in Sichuan province.The survey was carried out by using random sampling method and AIDS coping ability questionnaire.Results The total score of AIDS coping ability in medical staff of these hospitals was (70.77± 7.32).The last five scores were AIDS drugs,prophylaxis drugs and follow-up after occupational exposure,AIDS virus inactivated,na-tional policy and hospital rules and regulations and laboratory diagnostic index of AIDS.The difference in AIDS coping ability among de-partments,positions,gender,age,educational level,work experience,job title,and whether accepted training in the past was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The AIDS coping ability in medical staff in the three hospitals is at the medium level.The hospi-tal management and hospital sense department should strengthen the training at weak points of AIDS response ability,increase the pub-licity and establish the occupational protection mechanism including medical staff in order to comprehensively enhance their AIDS cop-ing ability.
