肌电生物反馈刺激改善缺血性卒中患者急性期上肢功能的疗效观察

摘要

目的 探讨肌电生物反馈治疗技术观察缺血性脑卒中患者急性期上肢功能的改善效果.方法 选取2010年12月至2013年12月该院84例脑卒中患者,采用随机对照方法分为2组,试验组在对照组的基础上使用肌电生物反馈治疗,分析2组患者治疗前、治疗后2周对改良Barthel指数(MBI)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FM A)进行上肢部分评定.结果 治疗后2组患者的上肢运动能力(FM A)及改良BI指数(MBI)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗前后上肢运动能力(FM A)及改良BI指数(MBI)的评定差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 肌电生物反馈治疗对急性缺血性卒中患者患侧上肢功能恢复具有促进作用.%Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effectiveness of electromyography(EMG)biofeedback techniques on improving motor dysfunction in the stroke patients.Methods From December 2010 to Decem-ber2013,84 cases of stroke patients were selected and divided into two groups.Treatment group received the EMG biofeedback therapy All patients received the test of Fugl-Meyer motor assessment scale and Modified Barthel Index after the treatment.Results FMA and MBI tests were significant improved in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The EMG biofeedback techniques can significantly benefit to the rehabilitation of motor function in acute ischemic stroke patients.
