贵州小型猪和广西巴马小型猪部分血液生化指标筛查

摘要

目的 对现有小型猪种群进行筛查,期望发现可遗传性疾病,并进而开展遗传选育研究.方法 未去势的广西巴马小型猪60头(♂ 21,♀39)和贵州小型猪50头(♂ 7,♀43),前腔静脉采血、检测13项血液生化指标.以超出((x)±2s)范围为异常值,并对异常值进行重复检测和分析.结果 共获得了血清生化指标异常个体42头,其中,贵州小型猪19头,广西巴马小型猪23头.经复测和分析,选择37号和103号猪,分别作为动脉粥样硬化抗性和易感性选育种猪.结论 经血清生化指标筛查和统计分析,获得2头动脉粥样硬化抗性和易感性选育候选种猪.%Objective To screening the minipigs on hand to find genetic diseases for further selected breeding.Method Thirteen of blood biochemistry parameters were detected in 60 GUANGXI Bama minipigs and 50 GUIZHOU minipigs.The parameters which exceed the mean ± 2SD range were regarded as abnormal ones.And the abnormal parameters were detected and analyzed repeatedly.Result Forty-two abnormal minipigs were found with 19 GUIZHOU minipigs and 23 GUANGXI Bama minipigs among them.After repeating the detecting and analysis,2 Bama minipigs (No.37 and No.103) were chosen as seeds for further selected breeding for atherosclerosis resisted and susceptible strains.Conclusion After screening with blood biochemistry parameters and repeated detection and analysis,2 Bama minipigs were selected as presumed atherosclerosis resisted and susceptible breeding seeds.
