活血通络化痰中药对缺血性脑中风患者临床疗效及血清HCY、CRP、SOD、MDA 的影响

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical curative effects and realted HCY, CRP, SOD, MDA levels of Chinese medicine for ischemic stroke patients.Methods A total of 78 cases of patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 39 cases, respectively,control group was given routine treatment, while the observation group was treated with western medicine, also with the prescription of Huoxuetongluohuatan,after 4 weeks of treatment, we observed two groups of patients with clinical efficacy, also with the detection of serum HCY, CRP, SOD, MDA levels.Results Compared with the control group, the total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher (P<0.05).The serum levels of HCY、CRP and MDA levels were significantly higher and SOD levels were significantly lower in control groups compared to that observed in treatment group(P<0.05).Along with the clinical efficiency increasing, the serum levels of HCY,CRP and MDA were significantly decreased and SOD levels were significant increased (P<0.05), which suggested that these indicators were consistence with the clinicalestimation.Conclusion Huoxuetongluohuatan medicine has significant therapeutic effects on patients with ischemic stroke, with promising clinical value, it is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的 观察活血化痰中药对缺血性脑中风患者的临床疗效及对血清HCY、CRP、SOD、MDA水平的影响.方法 选取缺血性脑中风患者78例,将其随机分为观察组及对照组,分别为39例,对照组予西医常规治疗,观察组在西医治疗基础上予活血通络化痰中药方加减变化治疗,治疗后4周观察两组患者的临床疗效,检测血清HCY、CRP、SOD、MDA水平.结果 与对照组比较,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,血清HCY、CRP及MDA水平显著低于对照组,SOD水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,治愈、显效及有效组患者的血清HCY、CRP及MDA水平显著低于对照组,SOD水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);随着临床疗效的增强,患者血清中HCY水平,CRP水平及MDA水平降低,SOD水平升高,且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示上述指标与临床评估结果具有一致性.结论 活血通络化痰中药对缺血性脑中风患者治疗作用显著,具有较强的临床价值,值得在临床上推广.
