从宋代婚姻法中财婚制看宋代的近世化转型

两宋婚姻法领域的革新气象勃兴：婚制取代了隋唐以前的门第婚;在商品私有经济和私权观念刺激之下,宋代皇室家庭、士大夫官僚以及科举新贵不惜与商人大贾之家联姻;在婚姻论财的厚奁风气影响下,无论士大夫阶层抑或庶民阶层都热衷于对奁产的追逐。上述新的时代变化,无疑为我们深刻认识宋代社会的近世转型开辟了一种新的视野。%There were many new innovations in the field of marital law in Song dynasty.Financial marriage replaced the hierarchical marriage;Under the stimulation of privately commercial economy and private idea,the families,including the royalty,scholar-bureaucrat and new bureaucrat who had passed the imperial examinations,all volunteered to unite those rich businessmen by marriage;Under the influnce of financial marriage,whether bureaucrat or common people are all eager for marriage portion.The above new changeable era undoubtedly opens up a new perspective which makes us deeply understand modern transformation of Song dynasty.
