领导干部经济责任审计工作中实行离任交接制度探索

In order to regulate the political behavior of leading cadres,improve the supervision mechanism, promote the building of a clean government,make an accurate definition of leading cadres term economic responsi-bility,solve the “new officers pay no attention to ‘old Zhang’”and other issues,Yancheng District in Luohe ac-tively explores the handover work of economic matters of leading cadres.To carry out the handover work is an im-portant part in strengthening the supervision and management of cadres,urging the clean-fingered self-discipline of leader cadre,preventing and controlling corruption from the source.%为了规范领导干部从政行为，完善干部监督机制，促进廉政建设，准确界定领导干部任期内经济责任，解决“新官不理旧账”等问题，使领导干部交得清楚、接得明白，漯河市郾城区积极探索领导干部离任经济事项交接工作。开展领导干部离任交接工作，是加强干部监督管理、督促领导干部廉洁自律的重要环节，是从源头上预防和治理腐败、促进领导干部廉洁勤政的治本措施。
