SPC／EPC整合控制下的过程能力指数研究

摘要

The assessment methods of process capability index of SPC/EPC controlled processes are pro-posed in this paper.SPC/EPC integrated model is introducted to decease variations in process at first.Based on this model,calculating steps of process capability indexes under MMSE controller and PI controller are ana-lyzed.At last,a simulation sample is used to show the use of this method.%研究了自相关过程在SPC／EPC整合控制下的过程能力指数评价方法。首先介绍了统计过程控制方法和工程过程控制方法的结合使用从而减少波动的整合模型。在此基础上，分析了在 MMSE和 PI两种反馈控制下的过程能力指数计算步骤。最后，通过一个仿真算例说明了 SPC／EPC整合控制下的过程能力指数计算方法的应用方法。
