适合大温差环境带喷射器的汽车空调制冷系统设计研究

         

摘要

针对大温差环境下在车外环境温度过高、散热条件恶劣时,汽车空调运行效率低下、系统制冷量不足、压缩机排气温度较高等问题,研究开发了一套带有喷射器的混合制冷循环系统,分析了夏季车外高温环境(35 ℃以上)和普通温度环境(低于35 ℃)下的混合制冷循环系统的工作流程,并利用CFD软件模拟喷射器内制冷剂的流场分布云图.结果显示,此设计能较好地发挥喷射器的引射能力,可有效地提升车外换热器散热及系统冷凝效果,有助于提高空调系统在大温差环境下的运行效率、减小系统运行的节流损失,为优化汽车空调制冷系统提供参考.%The refrigeration performance of vehicle air-conditioning system in the environment with large temperature difference has an important effect on the comfort and safety of passengers traveling life.Since under the environment of large temperature difference in summer, vehicle air-conditioning is low efficiency, high energy consumption problem.A set of ejector hybrid refrigeration cycle system is designed to analyse the summer outdoor environment of high temperature (35 ℃) and ordinary refrigeration (no more than 35 ℃) work mode, the working process of the hybrid refrigeration cycle system, and to compare and analyse the common refrigeration system for auxiliary fluid mixing in the ejector refrigeration system.Using CFD to simulate the flow field distribution of refrigerant in spray cloud image, the simulation results show that this design can better play to jet ejector ability, improve the exterior heat exchanger cooling effectively, to enhance the refrigeration effect, help to improve the efficient operation of the air conditioning system in the environment with large temperature difference, reduce throttle loss of system operation, promote the vehicle air-conditioning system in high temperature environment to work effectively, provide a reference for optimization of vehicle air-conditioning system.
