南方冬种马铃薯收获机的传动系统设计

             

摘要

Considering the cropping characteristics of southern winter potato and harvesting requirements, an improved southern potato harvester with compact structure,steady transmission and low power dissipa-tion was designed. It was able to finish multi-operation once,as digging,separating,lifting and collec-ting,so that the mining efficiency and working quality could be greatly improved. The calculation results showed that the total power dissipation was only 4. 22 kW,by using vibration type digging shovel,the digging dissipation was 1. 35 kW,decreased by 60% comparing to fixed type digging shovel.%针对南方冬种马铃薯种植特点及收获要求,设计出了一套结构紧凑、传动平稳、功耗低的改进型马铃薯收获机具.该机具能一次性完成挖薯、分离、升运及装袋等工序,提高了挖掘效率和作业质量.计算表明,该机具总功耗低,仅为4.22 kW;振动式挖掘铲功耗为1.35 kW,比传统固定式挖掘铲功耗降低了60%左右.
