金花含笑导管及穿孔板的结构观察

             

摘要

The vessel elements of xylem in Michelia ingrata B.L. Chen et S.C. Yang was macerated in Jeffrey's macerating fluid, and was observed by biomicroscope image analysis system and Scanning Elec- tron Microscope. The results showed, there were various patterns of vessel elements in Michelia ingrata B.L. Chen et S. C. Yang, two top walls with one tail, two tails and no tails. There were two ways of the wall thickness, spiral thickening and annular thickening. The top wall with scalariform perforation plate, no simple perforation plate showed.%采用硝酸-铬酸离析法对金花含笑(Michelia ingrata B.L.Chen et S.C.Yang)木质部进行离析,运用细胞图像分析系统及显微照相以及电镜扫描的方法对其木质部导管分子进行了观察统计分析.结果表明,在金花含笑的木质部导管分子中存在着许多不同的样式:一端具尾,两端具尾或两端无尾;导管壁加厚方式有梯纹加厚和螺纹加厚两种,穿孔板为梯状穿孔板,未见单穿孔板.
