高职院校校企互融人才培养模式创新研究--以旅游管理专业为例

摘要

Under the current circumstances of human resources shortage in toursim,tourism management in higher vocational education should follow the industry development tightly,enhance college-enterprise cooperation and in-tegration,deepen the reform of education and teaching,and conduct the successive exploration and innovation, then build a new model of talent cultivation mode of college-enterprise integration.This new mode serves as a way to promote pertinence and effectiveness on tourism education and provide personnel being capable of the oriented position and transferable to other positions for toursim industry.%在旅游业人力资源短缺的当下，高等旅游职业教育应紧跟行业发展，加强校企合作互融，深化教育教学改革，不断探索创新，构建既符合职业教育发展规律，又能满足旅游行业人才需求的校企互融人才培养新模式，以提升旅游教育的针对性和有效性，为旅游行业输送职业能力强、“能胜岗＋能转岗”的高素质专业人才。
