刚构桥梁悬臂施工挂篮设计及预加载试验研究

         

摘要

针对具体施工工况进行了挂篮结构设计,并通过预加载试验验证了挂篮的刚度、强度及稳定性。首先利用数值模拟方法对挂篮受力结构及关键锚接部位的安全性进行验证;然后为了减少挂篮拼装组件骨架的非弹性变形,同时进一步检验预加载情况下挂篮结构的强度与刚度是否满足设计要求,通过堆载石子对称地在挂篮结构进行预加载试验;最后通过在挂篮主要受力构件及后锚、前吊杆等关键受力部位布设应变计、位移传感器,对挂篮预加载试验期间的受力及变形情况进行监测,以验证挂篮实际受力性能及确保挂篮施工期间的安全。结果表明,该挂篮设计合理,预加载试验工况下挂篮承载力满足相关要求。%The hanging basket structure was designed in the light of construction condition, and the stiff-ness, strength and stability of hanging basket were verified by using pre-loading experiment. The safety of hanging basket forced structure and key anchoring components were verified by numerical calculation. In order to reduce the inelastic deformation of hanging basket assembly skeleton, and check if the stiffness and strength could meet the design requirement under pre-loading condition, the pre-loading experiment was performed by pile-loading gravel symmetrically on hanging basket structure. To verify the actual me-chanical property and ensure the safety of hanging basket during construction period, the stress and de-formation of hanging basket under pre-loading condition were monitored by laying the strain and displace-ment gauges on the main stress components, back anchor and former suspender of hanging basket . The results showed that the design of hanging basket was reasonable, and its bearing capacity could meet the design requirements under the pre-loading condition.
