食管鳞状细胞癌组织中Pim-3和微小染色体7蛋白的表达

     

摘要

目的:探讨食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)组织中Pim-3和微小染色体7(MCM7)蛋白的表达及临床意义.方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测77例ESCC组织、70例癌旁不典型增生组织及46例正常食管黏膜组织中Pim-3和MCM7蛋白的表达情况,分析ESCC组织中Pim-3和MCM7蛋白的表达与各临床病理因素的关系及二者表达的相关性.结果:ESCC组织中Pim-3和MCM7蛋白的表达高于癌旁不典型增生组织和正常食管黏膜组织(H=113.160,64.507,P均<0.001).Pim-3和MCM7蛋白的表达与TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(χ2分别为3.368、3.424及2.827、2.362,P<0.05),且MCM7蛋白的表达还与癌细胞分化程度、外膜浸润有关(χ2=3.672和2.760,P<0.05).ESCC组织中Pim-3蛋白表达与MCM7蛋白表达无关(r=0.116,P=0.316).结论:Pim.3和MCM7与ESCC的发生、发展有密切关系.%Aim;To investigate the expressions of Pim-3 and MCM7 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma( ESCC) tissue. Methods;The expressions of Pim-3 and MCM7 were detected by the immunohistochemical SP method in 77 cases of ESCC,70 cases of adjacent atypical hyperplasia and 46 cases of normal esophageal tissue. The association between the expressions of Pim-3 and MCM7, and their relationships with the clinicopathologic features of ESCC were analyzed. Results; The expressions of Pim-3 and MCM7 in ESCC tissue were significantly higher than those in adjacent atypical hyperplasia and normal esophageal tissue (H = 113. 160,64. 507,P < 0. 001). The expressions of Pim-3 and MCM7 were related with the TNM classification and lymph node metastasis( Pim-3 ;x2 =3. 368,2. 827, P < 0. 05; MCM7 :X2 = 3. 424,2. 362, P < 0.05). Otherwise,the expressions of MCM7 were related with the carcinoma differentiation and distant metastasis of ESCC (X2 =3.672,2.760,P < 0. 05). The expression of Pim-3 in ESCC tissue had no association with that of MCM7 ( r6 = 0. 116,P = 0.316). Conclusion;Pim-3 and MCM7 may play important roles in the carcinogenesis and development of ESCC.
