目的:探讨原发性肝细胞癌( HCC)细胞系和组织中ARID2 mRNA的表达与原发性HCC发生发展的关系。方法:应用实时定量荧光PCR方法检测9种HCC细胞系和组织中ARID2 mRNA的表达。结果:不同感染背景下HCC细胞中ARID2 mRNA表达水平不同。与正常肝组织相比,ARID2 mRNA在HCC癌旁组织中的表达水平下降(有HBV感染:Z=10.684,P<0.05;无HBV感染:Z=16.015,P<0.05);在无HBV感染背景的HCC组织和配对癌旁组织中ARID2 mRNA表达水平差异有统计学意义(Z=1.886,P<0.05)。不同感染背景的HCC组织中AR-ID2 mRNA的表达差异有统计学意义(Z=13.479,P<0.001)。结论:ARID2可能与原发性肝细胞癌的发生发展相关。%Aim:To investigate the alteration of ARID2 gene expression in hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC) cell lines and tissue.Methods:The mRNA level of ARID2 in HCC cell lines and primary HCC tissue was measured by quantitative real time RT-PCR.Results:ARID2 mRNA expression level altered in HCC cell lines with the different infection background .Compared with that in normal liver tissue, the expression level of ARID2 mRNA in HCC tissue was down-regulated(with HBV infection:Z=10.684,P<0.05;without HBV infection:Z=16.015,P<0.05);without the HBV infection background, the difference of ex-pression level of ARID2 mRNA in tumor tissue and para-carcinoma tissue was statistically significant(Z=1.886,P<0.05).AR-ID2 mRNA expression level altered in HCC tissues with different infection background(Z=13.479,P<0.001).Conclusion:The abnormal expression in HCC suggests that ARID2 may be associated with hepatocarcinogenesis.
