浆液性卵巢癌组织中 CD44和 CD24的表达

     

摘要

Aim:To detect the expressions of CD 44 and CD24 in serous ovarian cancer .Methods:The expressions of CD44 and CD24 were detected by immunohistochemical staining in 10 cases of normal ovarian tissue and 30 cases of human serous ovarian cancer tissue .Results:The positive expression rates of CD 44 and CD24 in serous ovarian cancer tissue were 66.7%(20/30)and 60.0%(18/30),which were significantly higher than those in normal ovarian tissue [0%(0/10) and 0%(0/10)](P<0.001).CD44 and CD24 expressions were associated with FIGO stage , histological grade and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05).The expressions of CD44 and CD24 were positively correlated with each other in serous ovari-an cancer tissue (rP=0.397,P=0.018).Conclusion:CD44 and CD24 expressions in serous ovarian cancer might pro-mote the development of ovarian cancer and its invasion and metastasis .CD44 and CD24 may have some kind of synergistic effect in progress of serous ovarian cancer .%目的:检测CD44和CD24在浆液性卵巢癌组织中的表达。方法:利用免疫组化方法测定10例正常卵巢组织及30例浆液性卵巢癌组织中CD44和CD24的表达。结果:CD44和CD24在浆液性卵巢癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为66.7%(20/30)和60.0%(18/30),高于正常卵巢组织的0%(0/10)和0%(0/10)(P均<0.001)。 CD44与CD24的表达与浆液性卵巢癌FIGO分期、组织学分级及淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05)。 CD44与CD24在浆液性卵巢癌组织中的表达有关联(rP =0.397,P=0.018)。结论:CD44和CD24在浆液性卵巢癌组织中的表达可能促进了卵巢癌的发生发展及其浸润、转移,两者在浆液性卵巢癌的发生发展过程中可能起协同作用。
