河南省中小学生1991年至2010年龋齿患病率分析

摘要

Aim:To analyze the prevalence trend of dental caries among school students in Henan province. Methods:Data were collected from the Chinese National Survey on Students'Constitution and Health about Henan province of 1991 to 2010,and was analyzed using statistic method. Results:The prevalence rate of deciduous teeth dental caries was 39. 4% , and the permanent teeth's was 9. 6% . The prevalence rate of deciduous teeth and permanent teeth dental caries increased year by year( the trendy were 187.139 and 252. 321 ,P < 0. 01 ). The prevalence rate of permanent teeth dental caries in 12 years old groups increased year by year( the trendy was 97. 250,P <0.01 ) ,which was 15.5% and the mean number was 0. 33 in 2010. The prevalence rates of deciduous teeth and permanent teeth dental caries in the urban area were higher than those in the rural area ( P < 0.01 ). The prevalence rates of permanent teeth dental caries in the urban and rural area,and the prevalence rate of deciduous teeth in rural area increased year by year( P <0.01 ). And the prevalence rate of permanent teeth dental caries of the girl was higher than that of the boy( P <0. 01 ). The filled rate was always low. Con-Clusion:In the 20 years, the prevalence rates of deciduous teeth and permanent teeth dental caries show a rising trend in Henan province. The dental caries is mainly prevalent in the urban area, and the students in younger ages should bernstressed on for dental caries prevetion.%目的:了解河南省中小学生乳牙恒牙龋齿患病状况.方法:对1991年至2010年河南省学生体质健康调研中的龋齿方面的数据进行统计分析.结果:①1991年至2010年河南省中小学生乳牙患龋率为39.4%,恒牙患龋率为9.6%;乳牙和恒牙患龋率均呈逐年上升的趋势(趋势χ2分别为187.139和252.321,P均＜0.01).12岁年龄组恒牙患龋率呈逐年上升趋势(趋势χ2=97.250,P＜0.001),2010年患龋率和龋均分别为15.5%和0.33.②城市中小学生恒牙及乳牙患龋率均高于农村(P均＜0.01),城市和农村恒牙患龋率、农村乳牙患龋率均逐年上升(P＜0.01).女生恒牙患龋率普遍高于男生(P均＜0.01).乳牙龋补率持续较低.结论:20年间河南省中小学生乳牙恒牙龋齿患病率总体呈现上升趋势,城市人群患龋率较高,防龋工作重点应放在低龄人群.
