高弹性双网络水凝胶的制备及其性能研究

         

摘要

以丙烯酸和琼脂为主要原料、Fe2+/过硫酸铵为氧化/还原引发体系,制备具有高弹性的双网络水凝胶.通过研究丙烯酸和Fe2+含量对水凝胶性能的影响,得出适宜的工艺条件为琼脂溶液质量浓度1%,丙烯酸质量分数30%,过硫酸铵质量分数1.5%,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺质量分数0.3%,硫酸亚铁质量分数0.050%.对该条件下制备的水凝胶的力学性能进行分析测试发现,水凝胶的断裂拉伸率可达225%,抗压能力可达4 MPa,具有良好的拉伸和压缩性能.利用SEM,IR对该水凝胶进行微观形貌分析和结构表征发现,水凝胶的微观形貌具有纤维网络结构,纤维直径约为100 nm,琼脂与聚丙烯酸之间存在分子间氢键作用,Fe3+与聚丙烯酸分子中的羧酸基因发生了金属络合作用.%Dual-network hydrogels with high elasticity were prepared by oxidation/reduction (Fe2+/ammonium persulfate) initiation system using acrylic acid and agar as the main raw materials.The optimum conditions were obtained as follows:agar mass concentration was 1%,masacrylic acid concentration was 30% (mass fraction),ammonium persulfate concentration was 1.5 % (mass fraction),N,N'-Methylenebisacrylamide concentration was 0.3% (mass fraction),and ferrous sulfate concentration was 0.050% (mass fraction).Through the analysis of the mechanical properties of the gel,it was found that the tensile elongation of the gel was 225% and the compressive capacity was 4 MPa,exhibiting good stretch and compression performance.The microstructure of the hydrogel were analyzed by IR using SEM.The results showed that the hydrogel has a fiber network structure with a fiber diameter of about 100 nm,there was intermolecular hydrogen bonding between agar and polyacrylic acid and the metal complexation between Fe3+ and polyacrylic acid molecules.
