PVP络合剂对Pt/Gr催化甲醇氧化性能的影响

         

摘要

Pt/Gr catalysts were prepared by organic-sol method with polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as complexing agent.The catalysts were characterized by FT-IR, XRD and TEM, and the electrocatalytic performances of the catalysts for methanol oxidation in acid solution were measured.The results showed that the addition of appropriate amount of PVP could greatly improve the dispersion of Pt nanoparticles of Pt/Gr catalysts and reduce the particle size.The electrocatalytic performance and stability of Pt/Gr for methanol oxidation increased with the PVP contents firstly, and then decreased.When the maximum electrocatalytic activity (current density 0.53 A/mgPt) was reached,it was 2.4 times higher than that of Pt/Gr prepared without PVP,and Pt/Gr had higher stability at PVP content=10 mg.%以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为络合剂,采用有机溶胶法制备Pt/石墨烯(Pt/Gr)催化剂.利用FT-IR,XRD和TEM对Pt/Gr进行表征,并测试其在酸性溶液中对甲醇氧化的电催化性能.结果表明,适量PVP的加入可显著提高Pt/Gr催化剂中Pt纳米粒子的分散性并减少其粒径;Pt/Gr催化剂对甲醇氧化的电催化活性和稳定性随PVP添加量的增加呈先升高后降低的趋势,当PVP添加量为 10 mg 时,Pt/Gr的电催化活性较好,电流密度为0.53 A/mgPt,是未添加PVP制备的Pt/Gr催化剂的2.4倍,且具有较高的稳定性.
