“创新人才培养问题”还在探索阶段，目前全国各高校均围绕着该问题进行教育教学的改革与尝试，但我国高等教育对学生的创新精神和创造能力的培养仍是一个突出的薄弱环节。文章从教育思想、培养目标、课程体系、教学方法、考试评价制度等方面分析了我国高等教育创新人才培养的现状及存在的问题。在此基础上，通过提出教育教学思想、培养目标、课程体系、教学过程、理论教学与实践教学关系、考试评价制度的转变与重构，重构我国高等教育创新人才培养体系。%The problen of creative talent training is in initiative stage, based on it, Chinese universities has made innovation and attempt on education and teaching. But the training system of Chinese students＂ creative spirit and creative ability is a prominent weak link. From the point of educational thought, training target, course system, teaching methods, examination evaluation system, this paper analysis the present situation and the problem of Chinese creative talent training system in higher education. Based on this, put forward the re- construction method of the Chinese creative talent training system in higher education, through the change and reconstruction of educational thought, training targer, course system, teaching process, the relationship between theory teaching and practical teaching, teaching methods, examination evaluation system.
