机械CAD/CAM课程分段式项目化教学改革与实践

         

摘要

CAD/CAM is a core subject of CNC technology, which focuses on the modeling of 2D/3D graphics, generation of model tool path, generation of post processing and machining procedure, emulational CNC processing. Through project-based teaching, this subject integrates teaching, learning and doing together by using software. Traditionally to finish a project requires one or two weeks, but the arrangement of curriculum is same as other theo-retical courses. Therefore, learning efficiency decreased substantially due to time interval. Saving teaching time as much as possible, sectional project-based teaching can not only improve the teaching efficiency, but also greatly mobilize the interest and enthusiasm of students.%机械CAD/CAM课程是数控技术专业的核心课程,侧重于产品的二维及三维图形的建模、模型刀具轨迹生成、后置处理及加工程序的自动生成和零件的数控仿真加工。该课程利用软件通过项目化教学实现学生的教、学、做一体化。一个项目需要一到两周时间才可完成,而课程安排同其他理论课程类似,由于时间间隔而导致学习效率大幅下降。分段式项目化教学方式可以将授课时间尽可能集中,按项目分配集中授课时间不仅可以增强教学效果,还可以最大限度减少因时间间隔造成的知识点遗忘,大大提高学生的学习兴趣和积极性。
