科研课题的攻关和研究对高校教师科研能力的培养和提升的作用是巨大的，应当把教学实践研究、解决实际问题、教育主管部门的导向作为获得科研课题的重要途径。科研课题的选择应遵循适应性、价值性、创新性原则。选取科研课题时应注意抓“点”、个人能力要能驾驭科研课题、科研课题要能够真正提高自身科研水平。%Scientific research means a lot to the improvement of university teachers.In practice, teachers should select research subjects from educational practice and practical problems, while also follow the orientation of govern-ment.Meanwhile, the subjects selected should be adaptable, valuable and innovative.And three research guidelines should be noted.
