基于 PLC 与触摸屏的变频恒压供水控制系统设计

         

摘要

In this paper a frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system based on PLC and touch screen has been designed .The system uses PLC as the control kernel , and touch screen as the main human machine interface , and the frequency converter as the driving equipment. It can automatically control the speed and the number of the pumps put into operation according to the water pressure of the pipe network .The hardware design method , the PLC ladder chart software program, and the configuration software interface of the water supply control system have been introduced separately .After one-year practice in a community, this system features itself with low cost , simple maintenance and energy-saving.%某城市小区供水系统以PLC为主要控制核心,以触摸屏为主要人机交互界面,以变频器为主要驱动装置,采用基于变频节能技术的多泵供水方法,能够根据管网水压的大小自动调节水泵的转速和投入运行的水泵的数量。该系统基于触摸屏与PLC进行设计,触摸屏组态程序界面及PLC软件梯形图程序投入运行以来,操作简单方便,性能稳定,节能效果明显。
