体育拓展训练与大学生身心健康实效性研究

         

摘要

通过对80名男性大学生体育拓展训练前后测试对比,实验结果显示:体育拓展训练不仅有利于增强学生的体质,而且有利于提高学生的心理健康水平。文章介绍了体育拓展训练的基本情况,分析了体育拓展训练对大学生身心健康的影响,并提出了开展大学生体育拓展训练的具体建议。%The result of physical education outward bound training test and comparative experiments for 80 male university students showed that participation in physical education outward bound training will not only help enhance students' constitution, but also improve students' psychological health level. This study provides a reference and basis to meet university students' needs for sports cultural diversity and the need of diversification, the constant pursuit of new sports lifestyle. Meanwhile, it provides a reference and basis to enhance the quality of physical and mental development of students and give the development of new curriculum resources.
