高校青年教师的发展现状与提升策略

         

摘要

青年教师已成为高校专任教师的主力军,他们处于职业生涯起步阶段,面临着教学能力不足、生存压力大、心理归属感缺失等问题,它影响着高校教学质量的提升与学校的可持续发展,高校需要为青年教师“量身制作”提升教学能力、“统筹兼顾”缓解多重压力,“以人为本”重塑归属感,来打造高校青年教师成长发展空间。%The young teachers have become the main force of the full-time teachers of universities , but they are in the initial stage of career, faced with the lack of teaching ability, great pressure of survival, lack of psychological sense of belonging. In the long-term these questions affect the teaching quality of universities and the sustainable development of the school. Therefore , it is necessary for the universities to provide the young teachers with some tailored plans to enhance the teaching ability , to relieve the pressure and to reshape the sense of belonging, thus to create a space for young teachers to develop themselves.
